3. GOLF RESORTS AND MASTER-PLANNED RESIDENTIAL GOLF COMMUNITIES
In order to create a "golf destination" and integrated leisure resort with residential real estate (such master-planned residential resorts have yet be developed in Greece), one needs to integrate a number of leisure, real estate and hospitality components within the same complex, such as one, two or three golf course(s), a luxury four- or five-star hotel or boutique hotel, second homes (villas, townhouses and apartments to be marketed and sold domestically and abroad), a country club with all the required amenities, a tennis camp, conference centre, health club, driving range, spa, etc. It is our opinion that the average land requirements for such a development will need to be two million square metres (200 hectares, 494 acres or 2.000 "Greek stremmata"). We are experts in this field and are therefore able to offer interested parties the following services:
